Dave Brand is a respected leader in Canadian and international agriculture, with over 25 years of executive experience spanning crop production, dairy genetics, and agribusiness strategy. Known for his ability to drive growth, manage complex change, and build high-performing teams, Dave has led multimillion-dollar operations and strategic initiatives at organizations such as Sollio Agriculture, DuPont Pioneer, and Cogent Canada.
A subject matter expert in crop protection and dairy, Dave has a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and market expansion across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has served on numerous industry boards, including the Canadian Livestock Genetics Association and the Canadian Dairy Network, and is widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style and deep industry insight.
Dave holds an MBA in Business and Economics from the University of Guelph and continues to champion innovation and sustainability in the agri-food sector.
